Thomas Ochungo completes move from Gaddafi to BUL FC

This webiste has learned that BUL FC has completed the transfer of left back Thomas Ochungo from their demoted neighbors Gaddafi FC.
Ochungo joins the team to offer competitive health at the left back position, which was manned by Emmanuel Obua and Nicholas Mwere the previous campaign.

Thomas Ochungo has been a devoted employee of Gaddafi FC and was crucial to the team’s 2020 promotion to the Uganda Premier League.

He played in 26 of the 29 games during his incredible season, starting two of them and scoring one each against UPDF FC and Kitara FC.

Prior to joining Gaddafi FC again, he played for Busoga United in the 2022–2023 season as well.

Earlier, reports claimed that BUL FC signed defenders Najib Fesali and Bakali Magumda as part of their recruitment drive for the forthcoming season.

Magumda, a free agent from Mbarara City, joins, while Fesali, whose contract with URA FC officially terminated, joins.

The team led by Abbey Bogere Kikomeko recently added forward Dickson Matama from Jinja North United to their roster.
