Former KCCA FC striker Muhammad Shaban unveiled by Al Hilal

Muhammad Shaban, a former striker for KCCA FC, has joined Al Hilal SC Benghazi of Libya.
Shaban’s contract at KCCA FC expired, and he signed a one-year contract with the Libyan team as a free agent.

Shaban said after his unveiling.

Shaban, who scored 17 goals in the Uganda Premier League the previous season, also scored for the Uganda Cranes during last month’s 1-0 World Cup qualifying match at Mandela National Stadium in Namboole against Botswana.

He has previously made appearances for Vipers SC, Raja Casablanca of Morocco, KCCA FC, and Onduparaka FC.

Along with Amgad Bin Abdy, Mohamed Khaliz, Ashraf Al Maqsi, Mohammed Bin Salem, and Talha Rizk, he was revealed at his new club.

In the first preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup, Kitara’s opponents are Al Hilal Benghazi.

Shaban’s new team plays in the Libyan Premier League and is a professional association football team from Libya with its headquarters in Benghazi.

The club was established 72 years ago, and it now holds its home games at the 10,550-seat Ground Martyrs of February Stadium in Benina, Libya.
