Venue for the FUFA Super 8 final revealed

BUL FC will play 2019 winners Vipers SC in an attempt to defend their FUFA Super 8 title.
On Sunday, September 1st, at 8:00 PM, the two teams will square off at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

BUL FC’s lone goal from Pascal Ngoobi helped them defeat Kitara FC, the Uganda Cup winners, 1-0 and go to the FUFA Super 8 Final.

Conversely, Vipers advanced to the championship match after defeating Uganda Cranes Select 1-0 in the semifinals, where Allan Okello scored a late winner.

To begin with, BUL FC won their first-ever FUFA Super 8 championship last year after defeating URA FC 3-1 on penalties following a goalless draw.

Vipers’ previous FUFA Super 8 victory came at Wankulukuku in 2019 when they defeated KCCA FC 2-0 thanks to a brace from Fahad Aziz Bayo.

In the meantime, Kitara will play Uganda Cranes Select team in the classification game on the day of the final.
