Geroge Lutalo appointed by Buhimba United as new headcoach

The new head coach of Buhimba United Saint FC, a Big League newcomer, is George Lutalo, a former coach of the Crested Cranes.
Officially, Lutalo has been announced for a one-year contract.

He then takes Paul Nkata’s place, who joined Tanzania’s Kagera Sugar recently, as this website previously disclosed.

” I am excited to join a winning team and return to Kigaaya playground, a winning ground, ” Lutalo said upon his unveiling.

Lutalo has extensive coaching expertise having held coaching positions around the nation at different football levels.

Among his former coaching positions were at URA FC, Kitara FC, JMC Hippos, Soana FC, Onduparaka FC, and Gaddafi FC.

With the Crested Cranes, Lutalo won the CECAFA Women’s Championship in 2022 and guided the group to the Women’s AFCON.

In the Buganda Regional League, Manyangwa FC was his most recent assignment.

Davis Kakaire, Derrick Byabachwezi, Jacob Owori, Hamza Ssempa, Edison Agondeze, and left back John Adriko have already signed for Buhimba United.
