Ahead of their World Cup qualifying matches against Botswana and Algeria, three additional international players have joined the Uganda Cranes residential training camp. The most recent players to report to camp are Fahad Aziz Bayo (MFK Vyskov, Czech Republic), Abdu Aziz Kayondo (MFK Vyskov, Czech Republic), and Captain Khalid Aucho (Yanga SC, Tanzania).
It is anticipated that Bobosi Byaruhanga, who plays for Austin FC in the USA, would join the squad in the afternoon.
Botswana will play Uganda on Friday night, and Algeria will play Uganda on the 10th. Both matches will take place at the recently renovated Mandela National Stadium in Namboole.
